I love this scene. I took a photo of this most effective advertising campaign as we drove past it in Bodalla during one of our Potato Point camping trips back in April 2022, knowing it would one day become a painting. Doesn't it just scream "Straya"? There's a little brewery called Malt Man Brewing and whilst the signage may have been upgraded since then, I think it did a beautiful job at the time. Buying Beer in Bodalla is a nod to the brewery but also to Australian country towns in general. As is said, have a go, mate.
