Morning Ritual is based on a pic I took back in November 2022 around 8:30am. I was out for a morning walk and I snapped a photo of the ocean pool at Cronulla, capturing this young woman who had just emerged from the water. There's something so refreshing about a swim in the ocean, especially in the morning before the wind picks up and the hectic chaos of the day kicks in. I'd like to make more of a point in my life to embrace and savour these types of moments because they really are good for the soul.
